How it works

You install an additional Yandex.Metrica code on your site and receive a special telephone number. The number is a direct Moscow number, that will be shown to users referred to your site or virtual business card from Yandex.Direct and Yandex.Market ads.

All calls to this number will be seamlessly forwarded to your usual contact number. Call information will be recorded and displayed in Yandex.Metrica. You'll be able to find out how many calls you receive each day, the waiting time and call length, the percentage of missed calls, the time of day you receive the most calls and lots of other useful information that can be used to improve your ad campaign.

Terms of use

The "Target call" feature is available to the following Yandex.Direct and Yandex.Market advertisers:

  • those with a Moscow telephone number (area codes 495, 498, 499, 800), Saint Petersburg (812), Novosibirsk (838), Nizhny Novgorod (831) or Samara (846);
  • those with a Yandex.Metrica counter installed;
  • those who, on average over the last three months, have spent 6000 rubles;
